State disclosures
Last updated 2026
Credit repair is regulated federally by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and separately by most states, which add their own registration, bonding, contract and disclosure rules on top. Where a state gives you more protection than federal law does, that state’s rules win, and nothing in our agreement or on this site takes them away from you.
Rights every client has, in every state
- You may cancel within 3 business days of signing, for any reason, and be refunded in full. See the Notice of Cancellation.
- You must receive the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure, as its own document, before you sign anything.
- You must receive a written contract that states the total cost, a full description of the services, an estimate of how long they will take, and our name and business address.
- No one may remove accurate, current and verifiable information from your credit report, and no one may promise you a score.
- You may do all of this yourself, free, directly with the credit bureaus.

Complaints
You can complain about a credit repair organization to your state Attorney General, to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. You do not have to raise it with us first, though we would like the chance to fix it.
