Accessibility
Last updated 2026
People come to a credit restoration service under stress, and often from a phone. A site that is hard to read or hard to operate fails them twice. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we would rather tell you plainly where we are than post a badge.
What we have done
- Contrast. Every text and background pairing on the public pages and in the portal is checked against the 4.5:1 minimum, including text over the hero photograph, which is measured from rendered pixels rather than from the stylesheet.
- Keyboard. Every link, button, form field and upload area can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus ring is never removed.
- Motion. If your system is set to reduce motion, the animations do not run. Nothing on the site depends on an animation finishing in order to be readable.
- Without JavaScript. Every page renders complete and every form submits with scripting switched off. Animation is an enhancement layered on top, never a prerequisite.
- Small screens. Layouts are tested down to 320px wide with no horizontal scrolling, and text resizes without breaking.
- Structure. Headings are in order, images have alternative text, decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers, and every form field has a real label.
Where we fall short
Our checks are a mix of automated testing and manual review. They are not a substitute for a full audit with assistive technology, and we have not had one done. The most likely gaps are in the client portal, which has had less scrutiny than the public pages, and in documents you upload, whose accessibility we do not control.
Tell us when something does not work
This is the part that matters. If any page, form or document is difficult or impossible for you to use, email [email protected] and tell us what happened, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse. We aim to reply within 5 business days. You can also call (602) 772-8020.
If something on the site is blocking you from enrolling or from sending us a document, say so and we will complete it with you another way, including by phone, email or post. You will not be asked to pay more or wait longer for that.
