Credit restoration requires genuinely sensitive documents: your ID, your Social Security number, your full credit history. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and the password hash for your portal login.
- Intake documents: the credit reports, government ID, proof of address and proof of Social Security number you upload.
- Case records: the disputes we file on your behalf and the responses we receive.
- Payment records: the amount, date and processor reference for your payment. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Basic technical data: the IP address recorded when you sign your agreement, which forms part of the signature record.
Why we collect it
To perform the service you hired us for, and for nothing else. Consumer reporting agencies will not act on a dispute filed on your behalf without proof of your identity and address, which is why those documents are required rather than optional.
Who sees it
- You, in your portal.
- The case team working your file.
- Consumer reporting agencies and furnishers, where a document must accompany a dispute.
- Service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure (our hosting provider, our payment processor and our email provider), strictly to the extent needed to run the service.
How it's stored
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web root and are served only through an authenticated route that verifies you own the file. Filenames on disk are randomly generated, so nothing is reachable by guessing a URL. Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes and are never recoverable, by us or anyone else.
How long we keep it
For the length of your engagement, plus the period we're required to retain records of the work. After that we delete your documents. You can remove any document you've uploaded yourself from the portal at any time before we've accepted it into the case file, and you can ask us to delete your account and its records by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we'll action it. We won't make you jump through hoops, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
The service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
