Your right to cancel

Required form under the Credit Repair Organizations Act

You can cancel, and it costs you nothing. You have until midnight of the 3rd business day after you sign to cancel for any reason at all, with a full refund and no obligation. You do not have to give us a reason and we will not ask you for one.

How to cancel

Any written notice works. Print and send one of the forms below, or simply email [email protected] saying you are cancelling. If you have already enrolled, the cancellation form is also in your portal. What matters is that your notice is sent before the deadline, not that it has reached us by then.

Cancelling after the 3-day window is still allowed at any time, and stops all further work, but the statutory guarantee of a full refund applies within the window. Our refund policy covers what happens after it.
