We do not guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report or that your score will move by any amount, in any direction, in any timeframe. What happens to your file depends on what is actually reported about you and on how the bureaus and furnishers respond. Any company that promises you a number is telling you something it cannot deliver, and federal law forbids the claim.

2. Score illustrations are illustrations

Credit scores, dials, before-and-after figures and timelines shown anywhere on this site are examples chosen to explain how the process works. They are not client results, not averages, and not a projection of what will happen to your file.

3. Accurate information stays

Neither we nor any credit repair organization can remove accurate, current and verifiable information from your credit report. Accurate negative information generally remains for 7 years, and bankruptcy for 10. Our work is limited to items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated or unverifiable.

4. You can do this yourself

Everything we do, you have the right to do on your own, directly with the consumer reporting agencies, at no cost. You may request your reports free once every 12 months at annualcreditreport.com. What you are buying from us is the work, the drafting and the follow-up.

5. Not legal, financial or tax advice

We are not a law firm, not a financial adviser and not a credit counselling agency. Nothing on this site or in your portal is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship. If your situation involves litigation, bankruptcy, identity theft prosecution or debt settlement, speak to a licensed professional in your state.

We keep this site accurate and current, but consumer credit law changes and pages can fall behind. Nothing here is a substitute for the terms of your own service agreement, which controls.
