Questions people actually ask
How long does the whole thing take?
Bureaus have 30 days to respond to a dispute, so the first results land about a month after we file. Most cases run three to six months end to end, depending on how many items are in play and how hard the furnishers push back.
What do I need to give you?
A recent copy of your credit report, a government-issued photo ID, proof of your current address, and proof of your Social Security number. The bureaus require all four before they will act on a dispute filed on your behalf. You upload them in the portal.
Can you remove something that is accurate?
No, and we would not try. Accurate, current and verifiable information stays on your report. Our work is on the items that are wrong, out of date, duplicated, or that the furnisher cannot actually prove.
Is my personal information safe?
Your documents are stored privately and are only ever accessible to you and the case team working your file. They are never served publicly, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the dispute process.
What if I change my mind?
You have 3 business days from signing to cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. The cancellation form is in your portal and in your signed agreement.
Do I have to do anything after I enroll?
Upload your documents, then forward us anything the bureaus mail you and that is genuinely it. We handle the letters, the follow-ups and the escalations.
Will you keep charging me monthly?
No. The fee is one time. There is no subscription, no per-item charge and no renewal.
